'91 200 20V Suspension Upgrades and Wheels/Tires

I am tired of the car's mushy "wallow" in higher speed turns!!!

If one does the spring mod (Eibach, H&R, or Sachs) and the strut cartridge 
upgrade (Bilstein or Koni), is a 17" wheel possible on the '91 with factory 
flared fenders?  I have looked on both SJM and CM sites and this Q isn't answered 
specifically.  

If so, what are the stock 17" Audi wheel/tire options - presumably from later 
models?  I would love to hear BTDT experiences and cautions.
