windshield wiper motor woes LINK

I re"parked" mine and re did the nuts on the shafts................it drove 
the wiper blades into the engine bay.
Exactly where should he be positioning what and how to realign the arms?

IME, either I did it wrong, or this didn't work.
Trying to cheat where the motor parked didn't work for me.
