Broke a headlight adjuster

When installing a new H4 bulb into my 200q20v's passenger euro on Monday
night, I pushed a little hard on the bulb connector and broke the vertical
adjustment mechanism. Now the reflector moves up and down with ease.

>From the euro FA, I've found 447 998 142A to be an adjuster kit, is this
what I need. I searched the audifans archives and found this number, as
well as the same number without the A suffix listed as a possible
replacement kit. Is there a way to see if there are other models that
these part numbers cross to, also is there a way to punch a part number in
and the FA lists the different drawings that that part number is used in?

I haven't opened up the light yet, but I'm looking for some insight as to
what I may have broken. Threads off the adjuster screw, or the part that
rides along the threads on the adjuster screw (more likely).

Should I just order the kit from the motherland, or is it available here
somewhere?

Thanks!
