Front Strut insert replacement

I was going to try and replace the front sturt inserts today.  Bentley  
showed it being done without compressing springs and while car stood on  ground.  
However I ran into a problem.  There is a screw on cap that  requires a special 
tool #2069, Monroe called their tool K13.  Anyone know  where I can find such 
a tool or is there another way to unscrew the cap?  I  know that you experts 
will have the right tip for me.
