Euro Headlights - Headlight Switch

The left stalk is flaky anyway, no matter how many times I replace it. 
For instance, I get cruise to set maybe 15% of the time on first try. 
It takes 3-4 tries and holding the set button for seconds. But I am not 
sure it is the cause of the brights off problem.
