Windshield Wipers - Clarification

Yes, both are stuck in the middle.

However, a cycle means going DOWN all the way, going UP all the way, going
DOWN a little bit and stopping, so i tihnk i gotta get a new motor as
described on q123?

What could be up with the cruise control, its probably something i dont
want to deal with right now...

Incidentally, after changing my steering wheel, my airbag light is on all
the time... I remmember starting the car without an airbag, that might
have done it, can you re-set it?
