ETKA on Windows Xp

I am once again trying to install the ETKA  ( win95/NT4.0) on my new 
machine (Win XP) home version
I am continuing to get the hardlock error.

I went to Huw's page and tried what was there.
moving the LEXHDL5.DLL from the win95 file over to what was installed.
I must admit  when it comes to doing this stuff, it is a weak point in 
my world.
So what is the trick?  For Win XP at least!
