The Parts Connection Story????

Has anyone heard what actually happened to The Parts Connection and Rod Ramsey????
It has been 2 months now with no answer on the phone or emails or update to the site. So it is evident that they are out of business.
They had a lot of parts in stock so in wonder what will happen to the inventory?
Was it an IRS closure? A bankruptcy?
It is very strange to see such a long time reputable business just vanish without a word or an explanation.
