A couple alignment questions

I'm taking the car [91 200q20v] in for an alignment Friday and  would like 
your opinion[s] for alignment specs. I have installed H&R  springs with Koni 
shocks and I'm aware I most likely won't see front camber  numbers near normal, 
but pretend I can get there, what numbers do you folks like  for plain 'ol 
driving with an occasional spirited backroads romp? I'm running OE  wheels.
 
I'm looking at alignment specs in my Bentley manual, what form of  
measurement are they talking? Fro example, total toe front +10'  +10',-5',  is that 
mm's? And what the heck is -1* 40' +/-30' [my computer doesn't have a  small 
"degrees" circle, so I used *]under toe angle difference, a combination of  degrees 
and mm's? I feel a bit stupid for not knowing!
