Dead Bomb

So, I think the bomb in the 200 has kicked the bucket.  Brake light is
staying on a looooong time, and pedal goes hard after only a few pumps
when the engine is turned off.  :(

What is the consensus on new versus recharge?  I found a post in the
archives about recharging
(http://www.audifans.com/archives/1999/04/msg00789.html), not sure if Russ
is still doing it, but $50 is a much nicer number than $250 new.
