[V8] STAY AWAY FROM BILSTEIN SHOCKS

Survey sez:

>From a ride/handling perspective with Bilsteins, I like(d) the Bilstein
sports on the 200q20v (Sachs springs) and the with Eibach Sports on the '90
V8.  Also the HD's on the Urq with stock springs.  I did not like the HD's
on the '91 100 with stock springs -- can't describe except to say not
properly matched IMO.

So that makes four installs plus one previous-owner installed (total 20
units) and one failure.
