Backfiring under boost

after posting this on audiworld i got a large amount
of people tell me to change my plugs. i admit i went
for a set of cheap plugs the first time. so which ones
are you guys running with any ill effects? thanks. 

btw, i'm new to the 200q20v list. I have a tornado red
car with MRC chip, 710N BPV, cone filter, and
adjustable wastegate. currently at 194,000 miles and counting.
