Electricial Issue

Does anyone know if there is an electrical link between the glove box lite, 
rear wiper motor and rooftop radio antenna amp on the 91 Avant.

All three went out at about the same time on a recent trip.  The fuse for the 
wiper motor was blown and re-blows as soon as I replace it.  I did blow that 
fuse last year once, when I turned on the wiper when the blade was frozen to 
the rear glass.  That problem was cured when I replaced the fuse on the next 
warm day.
