Hmm.  I think I've heard of 10mm inserts, so these may be it. 
However, I put some efi injector inserts into a previously CIS'ed 10vt
and I recall at least the CIS ones being 13mm.  I think the efi
inserts, which were for a Digifant Golf, were 13mm also.  The back
side of a 13mm triple square works great.  I don't recall having to
use a 10mm allen as well.

I thought the 10vt inserts would be the same, as I've got 3B injectors
plugged into that 10vt now.
