I can confirm that the urS4 baffle will work with the 3B baffle in place. 
However, the 3B baffle is not necessary if you are installing the windage 
tray. At one point I had them both installed but removed the 3B baffle after 
I thought it was causing my oil to froth (not the case, but that's another 
story).
