Water From Tailpipes?

I doubt you have a problem - I see water come out of tailpipes all the time.
Not that _that_ means it's OK - I also lots of people running around with
under- inflated tires....

but I do think it's perfectly OK

Today was the 1st warm 50° plus day in a few weeks. I had the car in
the garage idling a lot trying to figure out why my heater couldnt get
hotter.
I noticed water coming from the tailpipes. It was very clearly water and
not oil or coolant. I have never seen this before. What could be causing
it?
