Clutch issues

Pete, I recall something similiar on my last 200q with regards to the hard 
shifts into reverse. Seems to me there is a plastic guide in the shift 
linkage and that broke on mine. Seems ot me they had to remove the shift 
boot to get to it. I did not notice any difference in 1st or 2nd though.
