looseing boost

Is the turbo cooked it was replaced in the fall ,and dosn't have too much oil blow by.
I checked the shaft about three weeks ago and it seemed fine, though failed to check it the last time at the shop.
If I can get the flash codes, can you folks tell what they are. there is a local fella who will let us hook up no charge its just taking the time off to do it.
