fuse box How to open

Just did this one.
Open the fuse box top by lifting two hands, on the exposed tabs to pop open 
2", the top like a "lid" on a tupperware container.
THEN LOOK at the hinges on the back.
See the two pins SLIDE into the hinges as the tops of the hinges are missing 
ON purpose.
With the front edge up 1-2" slide the whole top forward towards the radiator.
Viola! open....................don't let snow and water from the windshield 
fall in there!
