Improving fuel economy for the 1991 200q 20v

What I have noticed with fuel mileage is that the biggest factor is your 
right food and highway cruising speed.  Other factors are wide sticky performance 
tires will cost you, low air presser in tires. Also verify how accurate your 
speedometer is, use a stop watch over several mile posts and try to maintain 60 
mph (1 mile per minute).  I also notice slightly better mileage when I use 
5/30 syn. in the winter Vs 20/50 in the summer.  I seldom average over 24 on the 
hwy. (driving at about 75) and 17-19 in town.
