Avant speaker options?

Greetings,
 
I have been a lurker on this list for the last year. I just replaced the
factory head unit in my 91 200q20va with a Nakamichi CD-400 and am
interested in what others have done for speaker options. It appears the
rears are simple 5.25". Has anyone put speakers in the front doors? My
86 5ktqa was easy 5.25" in all four doors and the sound was great. Any
help always appreciated.
