How good are you with a dremel?  I got an old 5kt throttle body and cut the
piece off and modded it to fit in place of the broken one on the 200q20v -- 
plus it was free :-)

        Thanks for your detailed reply.
I have never had to work on the door handle for an Audi 200. I have done
many Audi 5000's.
I did replace the drivers side window on an Audi 200.
       I am going to get into it this weekend.
The Bentley shows hardly anything on this so your reply is most welcome.
I am guessing a broken door handle but am hoping that something just
came loose.
