Distributor Cover Part Number

Does anyone have a copy of Etka (might have to be a Euro) version
that covers the early '92 S4. I believe although this was coil-on-plug
that it ran a distributor with hall effect sender for synchronizing the 
cams to the crank. This was quickly moved to a hall sender at the
front of the engine for the AAN. Anyway I need the part number for
the cover that covered the cap? 
 
I know Tommy on the Kreumer list has bought one of these but
I can't get a part number?
