scratched sunroof

My 4kq has this problem; it also has a broken guid bracket on the same 
side.  Look through the small interior trim panel and you'll see a 
bracket that allows the sunroof to tilt at the rear.  Compare the sides 
and see if the side with scratches has broken; it won't sit low enough 
when retracting and the roof scratches it.
