I think he's talking about the little electric after run coolant pump has 
imploded....
My 10V 200 had it expoxied when I bought it.  First hot day; pop!
Now when that goes or leaks, it looses coolant from your "closed loop".
Hence the overheat.
Thepartsconnection.com sells 'em I think.
or the usual suspects for Audi parts.... $150 - $200 Sho-gun makes a similar 
unit for other makes of turbo cars............
