Mobil 1 High Performance 15W-50 No Longer Made - What To Use?

The owners manual lists (for multigrade oil) in farenheit:
5W-20: 17 and below
5W-30: 17 and below
10W-30: 0 to 60
10W-40: 0 to 60
15W-40: 5 and above
15W-50: 5 and above
20W-40: 15 and above
20W-50: 15 and above
Boldprint on p. 97 reads "When using 5- or 10-weight oil, avoid high speed long distance driving if outside temp rises above the indicated limits".
For 5-weight, that limit is 15 degrees farenheit
for 10-weight, that limit is 60 degrees farenheit

I don't think anything near 50w oil is recommended for our cars.
