Upgraded Fuel Pump

I want to replace my fuel pump since its make whining
noises and i'm running into lower power at higher
boost so i'm thinking the pump isn't able to pump
enough fuel for the higher boost pressure. anyways, my
point is, what and where can i get an upgraded fuel
pump. If i'm going to replace it i'd rather get an
upgrade. no use spending money to replace it with
something that isn't even better then stock. thats my
way of thinking at least. thanks guys.
