Radiator Hose

Hey gang,

Noticed that I'm getting some antifreeze residue/crystals forming at both 
ends of the upper radiator hose (ie at the radiator and the coolant 
manifold).  I feel confident in saying they are plenty tight, so don't think 
that's the issue.  Is this a sign that this hose, which likely has over 223k 
on it, is getting ready to bite the dust?  As I need a multi-failure sensor, 
I though maybe I'd order both at the same time.

Any input?
