[V8] OT -- but not really Garage Floor epoxy recommendations

You mean you aren't going to carpet the garage?

I'd look for something that includes an anti-skid material or something
that's compatible with the ground up oyster sheels normally used to turn
slick paint into anti-skid surfaces.
