I have been trying to call Rod Ramsey at the Parts Connection at 1-800-472-1144 for 2 weeks now and there is no answer. It just rings and rings. I am worried that something is wrong. I started trying to call on Friday Oct 7th and today is the 20th. I would really miss this invaluable resource for Audi parts and knowledge about them.
