Car runs too cool/intermittant autocheck annoyances

Scott:

a cold running engine is a BAD thing.  You want the engine to get to its 
working temperature....
the engine is running rich and you are likely collecting alot of carbon and 
water in your exhaust as a result.

btw, you also run the risk of failing emissions
