Hi Mike,

I could only get to 3 pages of David Harrison's write up, 4th page was "not
available on this server".

I do have a comment on his procedure for removal of the old gear hub.  Your
people will play hell trying to press the retaining pin out, inasmuch as it
is upset on both ends.  Much safer to grind the small end flush with the old
metal hub and then it can be punched out on a V block.  See my write up that
went with my gears, which I will FWD to you for your distribution, if you
wish.
