Most owners consider 60K as the most prudent interval (and Audi, I 
believe, specifies 60Kfor the '91), but many "stretch" it to around 
90K with no problem (except for the ones(*) who encounter a problem, 
which as you know is very co$tly).

The decision should also take into account the age of the belt, as 
the interval is actually stated as "60K miles or 6 years" (or 
something to that effect). If I drove 25K-30K miles/year, I would 
likely go for the somewhat longer t-belt interval.

(*) Including some who wait for things to break. ;-)
