Fuel rail hose?

Steve:
One option is to carefully cut off the crimps, save the ends with the 
flares, purchase the correct diameter (3/8" ?)  fuel injection grade 
hose and two fuel injection hose clamps...
The other option is go to AN fittings like Earls, and fabricate one 
for yourself.
