You're a kind gent I see every year out at WG, I was just looking out for a 
fellow enthusiast.  

My comprehension error.  Without absorbing "bumper" I figured the major 
percentage of the car was metal and the "severe" implied (to me) that it was deep 
enough to rust.

This last sentence:
"The dealer claims this damage was hidden beneath that protective cover when 
the car was delivered."
(to me) implied that they were deflecting attending to it, since it didn't 
say they fixed it.. - Sorry everyone. No harm, nor foul & far from perfect.  I'd 
snip the rest of the attached previous thread (for band width), but AOL hides 
it from my view.
