Peter,

Not worth buying BAD, cheap tools! DIYers deserve and can afford to buy the
best. The 1/2² IR Titanium, at 650 ft-lbs, will break those crank pulley
bolts free with the second or third blow.

Your better exercise might be pushing away from the table, thus affording
good tools.
