temp sensor wire touched unshield knock sensor

Was working on the 200 this morning and the knock sensor wire, which has
lost all of its plastic covering briefly touched one of the wires for the
temp sensor on the water manifold.  It was the forward wire on the sensor,
though I'm not sure everyone's would be oriented the same way.  This tab
connector had also lost its protective covering.  So there was a small
amount of smoke but nothing that seemed catastrophic.  The ignition was off,
so not sure what would be powered or why at that point.
