Odd No Start

Victory is mine.  I traced the problem to a lack on continuity somewhere
between the starter relay (#8) and the starter solenoid pin #50.

I tried to trace the wire, but man is that bad boy buried, so I took the
"easy" way out and just ran a whole new wire from the fuse box to the
starter.

Car starts.  Whoohoo.
