Battery drain traced to central locking...

Sorry to jump in really late to this conversation, but the interior lamp
controller can fail
as well- I had the one fail in my old car, caused the car to turn on its
interior lights intermittently
even with the car closed, doors locked. I noticed it coming on by itself at
night and then when
I ended up with a really dead battery (had to buy a new one to get the car
started, didn't have
a place to charge it where it was parked), I had a new lamp controller put
in. $150!?!

The air pump running would only be with the doors locked, I'd think.
