No heat condition, but a hot heater core!

To everyone who responded, you were correct.  It was the flap motor.  The
car now has great heat!

Unfortunately, my local parts house was out of the part at their discount
$90 price, and I could not wait for an online part with shipping.  So it was
to the local stealer Carousel Audi for their $107 part (plus tax).  Oh well,
at least they were cheaper than the stealer Maplewood imports acorss town
who would not give me a discount off of the $113.xx list price even when I
asked nice for a discount.
