A-6 purchase recomendations

  I have survived owning  2-'91 200 20 v's through the last 5 years and my wife wants to replace the minivan with a '96 A-6 2.8 quattro sedan with 45,000 miles. 1 owner and local. 
    I am  aware of most known problems with our cars, What to look for in the A-6?
