original distributor.  When we did the orignial manufacture/gp way back 
when, the gears were sold to owner of both 7A and 3b powered vehicles.

If you have one of those distributors sitting around (7a), put it in the 3b. 
  As per the distributor question floating currently floating around in 
parralle to this question, these two distributors are interchangeable.

Do you guy know, I cant seem to rember, What material is the 7a gear made 
of? We
have one here at the shop, and has a metal one. Could i not take that gear 
and
put in place of my 3b one?
