Longevity question...

There is guy here locally in the twin cities named Paul that has a 1991
200tq with I believe 360,000 miles and counting.

The car I just bought has 199,600 miles, and the compression was still
within 3psi on all cylinders when we checked it before the purchase.

If you keep your timing belt maintenence up to date, and do not overheat the
car due to a blown coolant hose or something like that I would not be
suprised if that car could be super reliable till at least 250,000 miles.

FYI, I also have a 01 a6 2.7tq, and I do not think it posesses the same
250,000+ mile reliability as the old 5 cylinder cars.
