Parting out my 200, new headlights, UFO

Transmission seems fine. I was originally planning to hold onto it in case I blew up
my CQ tranny with the 3B, but if I do, I'll take it as a sign to get a 6-spd. 
So I'll take offers on it. What's it worth? 
High miles: 200k - as far as I know this is the original tranny.
It's still in the car and I don't know when I'll get time to pull it, so I'd give a discount
to someone local who wants to pull it themself (you can use my garage).
