Rear brake valve (91 200 20V Avant)

I've given the penetrating fluid two days, and nothing.
Heat will be an issue, because of the tight clearance.
i think best bet will be to remove valve, if possible.

If this works, perhaps you won't have to remove the proportioning
valve. Sorry, cannot help on that issue...
