Fuel issues

  I am new to this forum and have just completed a 3B conversion into my  UR Quattro. It has been running great but in the past week it has  stalled when coming to  a stop , bucked and twice has been very  dificult to start as if its not gettting enough fuel usually when its  warm. When it bucks it seems like a fuel issue as well. All plugs, cap,  rotor (the correct one),wires, and fuel filters have been replaced. The  fuel pump is kind of making a bit of noise but it has been doing that  for some time. I also thoroughly cleaned the ISV valve an it seems to  be working.
