Throttle Cable end

No, that plastic piece is not available separately, nor is an 
aftermarket throttle body available. In fact, the plastic is (or was) 
molded onto the metal lever arm. Rather than replacing the entire 
throttle body, my fix was to secure the cable (ball) end by means of 
several wraps of baling wire augmented by a couple of small cable 
ties. This is made much easier if you can "reassemble" all the broken 
bits of plastic. Has held up quite well for many years now--including 
dozens of track days.

Another possible "fix" has been done by others: it involved drilling 
a couple of small holes on either side of the lever arm so that a 
small metal rod could be inserted across the opening. This rod can 
restrain the cable ball-end so that the throttle body operation is 
about "normal" (after appropriate adjustment of the cable length).
