I replaced that hose while I was replacing the radiators and all the other
plumbing in my engine compartment.  It wasn't really easy to tighten the
hose clamps with all that other stuff out of the way. I'd plan on pulling
the power steering pump and all the higher-up coolant plumbing.  Good time
to test the turbo afterrun pump in a bucket of water and replace the other
rubber bits like hoses to the heater core and the crankcase breather.
