3B Distributor Issue. Maybe more?

Perhaps its a distributor issue after all, but much simpler.
Check out your rotor, and see if it is intact.

I very much doubt you have damaged the ignition
module with the crossed wires, by the way, the
"ignition module" is really the ECU.....

If you  rotor is damaged, lost its tip etc... get a new
one and try and put back your wires correctly,
