Oil alert problem

I pulled my dash last year, had a problem with intermittent or no display  on 
the radio/warning display.  I used circuit board cleaner and a cue  tip.  I 
also bought a bulb set from Blau (not to expensive).  Repair  lasted about 6 
months and now no display.  I should have re flowed the  solder joints, however 
the picture on SJM looked a little different than my dash  and all the solder 
joints looked good.  The whole thing took about six  hours at my first time 
very slow pace.
